Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, the quantity is wrong, or it is not what you ordered, email (this demo site has no contact details configured) or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will follow up as quickly as we can.

Please keep the original packaging and outer carton so we can verify and arrange next steps.

Cancelling an order

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been paid for and preparation has begun. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
